Car Bomb Kills 27 People in Iraq PDF Print E-mail

Just when the US troops were issued with a full withdrawal order to leave Baghdad yesterday, Iraqis celebrated by firing fireworks into the sky. Today, the first car bomb blew up in an Iraq city killing at least 27 people in the process.

It seems that the car bomb was a deadly reminder to the people that the city is still plagued by security problems, and that the new Iraqi government might have an uphill task to stem out these insurgents.

On the other hand, the car bomb also came just after 4 US soldiers were killed in a combat inside Baghdad.

Call that coincidence? I think not!
